| How to register |

| Children must be 4 years old to participate in a workshop. |
|
| Registration is made online, using the formula that is on the website. Should you have problems with it, please ask the secretariat. |
|
| Registration is ratified and confirmed once proof of payment has been received. |
|
| In order to ensure the best possible care for the child, the number of places is limited. |
|
| With the inscription, the parent commits to the child following the entire activity. Pro rata temporis payments are not done. |
|

| discounts |
|
| A 10% (on the total sum) is granted to families who register for 3 workshops – not to be accumulated with the discount for « Gigogne » cards |
|
|
A 10% is granted to families holding « Gigone » cards – not to accumulated with the discount on the number of workshops |
|
Families with low income (lower than CHF 110.000, increased by CHF 7.780 by dependant child) may be eligible to financial help. Please contact La Bulle d’Air management.

| Non-attendance or cancellation |
|
| Non-attendance must be immediately communicated in writing to the secretariat (email, fax or letter). |
|
| A CHF 50 charge will be kept to cover administrative costs. |
|
| In case of cancellation or non-attendance notified: |
|
| |
Within 15 days before the beginning of the workshop, and for whatever reasons, 50% of the price of the workshop will be retained ; |
|
|
| |
Within 5 working days before the beginning of the workshop, or during the workshop, the entire fee will remain due. |
|
|
| In case of illness or accident of a child, and on presentation of a medical certificate, 50% of the fee will be returned. |
|
| If requesting a reimbursement, please send us your complete bank details. |
|
| La Bulle d’Air may cancel a workshop if there are not enough children (minimum of 4), or for whatever other reason independent of its will. Should this unfortunate situation occur, the totality of the fee will be refunded. |

| Timetables and prices |
|
| The workshops take place over one week – from Monday to Friday- for half a day or a full day. In Geneva, at the Villa Dutoit, lunches are served to the “morning participants”. |

| Welcoming and caring for your child |
|
| Children are looked after by the musicians, artists, trainees and la Bulle d’Air staff. All team members have a solid experience in caring for young children. |

| Equipment |
|
| Clothes (not delicate ones !), slippers, sun hat or warm hat (depending on season). |
