| A welcome area with games as well as the back yard are available to children and parents. |

| It is important that your child arrives with his or her own slippers or non-marking shoes. |

The ateliers for children are weekly and last about 50 minutes. |
|
| Children are welcomed in small groups of not more than 8 (excluding parents). |
|
| Ateliers will begin when at least four children have arrived. |
|
| Babies under one year old may accompany their brothers or sisters without charge. |
|
| Open House weeks, which occur 3 times a year, permit those unfamiliar with La Bulle D'air to observe ateliers and meet the "animators". These dates can be found on the website or by contacting the secretary. |

| How to register |
|
| Registration is for one year and is valid for the school year. |
|
| Please contact the secretary regarding availability. |
|
Registration is official upon reception of the signed form provided that space is available. Written confirmation will be mailed along with your bill. |
|
| Registration by telephone or voice message cannot be considered definitive. |
|
| Registrations are taken all year long depending on availability. |
|
| Excluding special arrangements, a child takes part in the same workshop all year long to insure a harmonious integration. |
|
| Change of address |
|
All changes of co-ordinates (email address, telephone, home address, ect.) must be communicated to the secretary without delay. |
|
| Adult Participation |
|
| Adult participation is mandatory at least up to the 4/5 year-old level. |
|
| Handicapped |
|
| Registration of a handicapped child is made on the basis of an interview. |
|
| Methods of payment |
|
A reduction of 10% is available to brothers and sisters of a registered child (non-cumulative with the Gigogne Card.) |
|
| The Gigogne Card permits a 10% reduction per child upon receipt of the card. |
|
| Financial support |
|
| La Bulle D'air offers financial support to families of modest income of up to 30% of cost. Families with an annual income of less than CHF 110,000 can send a written request to the directors accompanied by appropriate tax records of both parents before registration. |
|
| Cost of ateliers |
|
The current tuition rates for ateliers can be found in the program as well as on our internet site. Rates are calculated incrementally by semester. |
|
For a child who accompanies another child to an atelier there is a one- time payment of CHF 25 and is at the discretion of the animator. |
|
| Annual Registration Fee |
|
| The registration fee is CHF 65 per family per year. |
|
| Cancellation |
|
Cancellation must be done in writing (letter, fax, or email). CHF 100 will be charged for administrative costs. |
|
| Absences |
|
| For reasons of organization, any absence -for whatever reason- must be announced to the secretary before the atelier. No refund will be made except in the case of illness or injury which causes the participant to miss more than four ateliers and must be accompanied by a doctor's certificate. |
|
| Sample class |
|
| La Bulle d'Air permits one free sample class for perspective participants providing the atelier can welcome an additional child. Priority is always given to those already registered. |
|
| Cancellation |
|
| La Bulle d'Air reserves the right to cancel an atelier if the minimum of 4 infants is not reached or for any other reason beyond our control. In this case, the cost of the atelier will be refunded in full. |
|
| Vacations and holidays |
|
| The regular school year ateliers are not held during school vacations mandated by the cantons de Geneva or Vaud. This is also true for the official holidays (Jeune Genevois
ou Jeune Federal, 1st of May, Ascension Thursday, or Monday Pentecost). |
